SHIPMENTS

Shipments to Italy are free and are processed in ½ working days.

Delivery times are approximately 3-5 working days.

Delivery times for shipments to Europe are approximately 5-7 working days.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Making exchanges or returns is super simple!

Just send an email to info@jamaisvu.it within 14 days of receiving the goods at home, writing your name and order number.

Once the return / exchange is authorized, you will receive all the instructions by email.

The cost of shipping the return is charged to the customer.
